Booking Policy
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and begin the planning process. The remaining balance is due before setup starts for your event.
Your date is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
All bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
All deposits are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule your event one time (subject to availability) with at least 7 days' notice.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
Decor Setup & Delivery
We provide delivery and setup services within the Inland Empire and surrounding areas. Delivery fees vary based on distance and setup complexity.
Please ensure the venue is accessible at the scheduled setup time.
IE Balloon Theory is not responsible for any damage or interference to the decor after setup is complete. Environmental conditions such as heat, wind, and direct sunlight may affect balloon durability.
Balloon Care & Disclaimer
Balloons are fragile and may pop unexpectedly. While we use high-quality materials, we cannot guarantee longevity once the decor has been delivered or picked up.
Outdoor balloon setups are more likely to be affected by weather. We recommend placing balloons in shaded or cool areas when possible.
Please supervise children around balloons, as popped balloons may pose a choking hazard.
Pick-Up Orders
Balloon bouquets and smaller gift items are available for pick-up by appointment only. Please arrive on time to ensure proper handling of your order.
Payments
We accept payments via credit/debit card, Zelle, or cash. Full payment must be completed prior to delivery or pick-up.
